No. Our normal work hours are 7 days a week from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. This is for you weekend or public holiday, but for us is regular work time and you will pay no extra money if you required our technician at this time.
Although most problems fixed within first hour, sometime work could be bit longer. In this case after first hours you will pay in 15 minutes blocks, but no more than for 3 hours. Cost of 3 hours is maximum what you will pay.
Our service has capped price, i.e. you will not pay more than for 3 hours independent how much time we work. However, we can give you offer to pick your computer up and fix it into our workshop and after completed works return it back. In this case we will sure in higher quality of repair.
No. We travel to you absolutely free. Our services covered whole area of Brisbane agglomeration from Beenleigh till Caboolture, from Cleveland till Greenbank, from Pullenvale till Redcliffe. If you not sure you can make question to us by phone or e-mail.
